We provide home care for adults to support them in maintaining their freedom within their premises for as long as possible.

If you need assistance and support we can provide it through the local authority, direct payments or through self- funding.

As an independent family-based business, our ability to respond quickly to meeting changing needs also strengthens the relationships that we have with our clients.

We work hard with our clients to ensure that our staff cannot just be deliverers of a service but also deliver our core responsibility of assisting our clients as independent as possible to meet all their essential daily requirement within their homes.

How much does the service cost?

The cost of the service can be assessed and is decided based on your personal circumstances and finances. We can provide our services through the Local Councils, through Direct Payments or Privately through self-funding. For information on cost please contact our team who will be happy to help.

We provide a range of support, including:

• Support getting up, washed and dresse
• Support getting ready for bed
• Having a bath or shower
• Support with incontinence care
• Assistance with eating/drinking
• Providing medication prompts
• Support with grooming
• Stoma care

Practical Care and Support Services including, but not limited to:

• Supporting people to stay safe
• Shopping Services
• Collecting prescriptions or benefits
• Light housework
• Laundry and Ironing Services
• Support with making beds and linen change
• Assisting with meal and drink preparation
• Taking out the rubbish

Companionship Services including, but not limited to:

• Providing companionship and conversation
• Assisting with hobbies and crafts
• Support with leisure activities
• Assisting when visiting neighbours or friends
• Support when reading
• Support with travel arrangements
• Support with making appointments

Specialist Services including, but not limited to:

• Specialist Dementia/Alzheimer’s Services
• Hospital aftercare
• Supporting people to manage their own money
• Supporting people to go to college or gain new qualifications
• Helping people to gain support from their local community
• Helping people to keep in touch with family or friends
• Helping people to keep in touch with family or friends
